Alex de Carvalho is a new-media consultant, speaker, and educator who advises businesses on their use of social networks and social media to build community relationships and brand.
He is an adjunct professor at the University of Miami and the founder of StartPR, an online tracking service for reputation management, blogger relations, and brand monitoring.
